I got the 2008-01-11 build installed ok, and when I went to view the gallery I get the following in the browser window:

A file permissions error has occurred. Please check the permissions on the script and the directory it is in and try again.

What file (and or folder) to I need to alter the permissions on and what to?

The albums and the cache folders need to be set to chmod 777.

You should also run setup.php. Do it on every upgrade. It may tell you what is wrong.

It looks like it was the main directory permission that was not correct, changed that to 755 and all is fine now, thanks
