Im makin a theme based on effervesence... and following the instructions on the support forum, i found out that the tutorial is not updated. :(

can someone post a tutorial on how to make a theme?

Unfortunately, zenphoto is done entirely by volunteers and no one has volunteered to update the instructions. There is a guide to the zenphoto functions that you might use in making a theme. See the link off http://www.zenphoto.org/category/User-Guide/.

Most people just pick one of the distributed themes as a starting point and start changing it. Example or Default are good starts.
