seems the install is confused... it says I have not given my user all rights needed..

but I have!

So if there is a db dump anywhere, ill just use that and by pass the install script

This is a bug in the current stable release. See bug #377. This will be resolved in the next release.

Also, the message is just a warning, you can procede with the setup.
