Zenphoto resizes the images to the size you set in the option / your theme and it generates the thumbnails. Though it is not recommended to upload really big pictures to save server resources. Please see here too: http://www.zenphoto.org/2007/12/troubleshooting-zenphoto/#11

Hi, thanks for the answer, but on my pc i upload the image and the image on the albums folder is full image.
I upload big photo (1,5mb)
Is possible to resize the image uploaded on the albums folder?

Zenphoto resizes the image for the thumbs on album.php and on image.php for the bigger view. The image you upload will not be touched, you need to do that before, which is better for your server.
