sometimes while using the admin interface to my ZP gallery I see random code rendered to the browse..

please see link below to get an idea.

this does not happen all the time, but when it does it is annoying. I have also seen this code stuff on the header by the logo, and in the 'albums' area..

wonder what causes this.

What browser? You surely know that there are a lot of differences. I notcied that Safari (4) sometimes shows actually invisible Javascript code (which is what you see) that goes away after page reload. But I saw only a line here and there and I don't know yet why that happens. It does not in Firefox.

My wife and I normally see it in Chrome. We have not tried IE or Firefox.

This does sound suspiciously like a WebKit peculiarity/potential bug. I'm not sure that zenphoto is the cause in this case.

i will try this in firefox as suggested later tonight to see if this happens there also.

I agree that it might be Webkit browser specific as both Safari and Chrome use that engine). It normally does no harm.
