Hi, first post from me!

I'm a recent convert from Gallery 2 to ZenPhoto so Kudos to all involved. Anyway, I manage a small club site where members have previously had their own user albums that they could manage. I've installed the lastest ZenPhoto nightly build and sure enough I can create multiple admins and give them access to manage their own album. I created /zenphoto/ and then gave each user admin access to their /zenphoto/ album.

Now then. What I find is that each user also seems to have access to the main General Gallery Configuration page and can therefore alter sitewide options/preferences. All I want them to be able to do is manage their own individual album and that's it. I can't work out what I'm doing wrong?

Am i doing something glaringly wrong?

Un-check the options box in the rights list. (And any other box you don't want the user to be able to alter.)

Yeah that's the weird thing. I did that but the General Gallery Configuration page was still there.

What is on the page? The page will always be there, but there should, for instance, be no buttons under Gallery Maintenance. Be sure you have not given User admin rights--those trump everything.

OK. I nuked the admins and recreated just one. His user name is "Muffy" and I want him to have admin rights to his own album /zenphoto/Muffy but nothing else.

I created an admin account for him as here:-

http://homepages.nildram.co.uk/~caramboo/admin.jpg

When Muffy logs in he sees this:-

http://homepages.nildram.co.uk/~caramboo/muffyadmin.jpg

And when he clicks the options tab he sees this:-

http://homepages.nildram.co.uk/~caramboo/muffyoptions.jpg

As you can see it all looks OK apart from the fact that in the options tab he can alter sitewide preferences/options. I get the feeling I'm missing something and I'll be shouting Doh! soon
