How can I have different sizes for album thumbnails and images (after entering an album) thumbnails?

You would have to change your theme. Replace `on album.php with this function: http://www.zenphoto.org/documentation/Zenphoto/_template-functions.php.html#functiongetCustomAlbumThumb like this[img][/img]` (of course you'll have to add the desired values within the brackets, this prints a thumb with 100px width and 50px height)
