In case anybody was interested, I have updated the XP publishing wizard for zenphoto ( http://www.zenphoto.org/2007/12/zenphoto-add-ons/ )to support the latest version of zenphoto. As well, I have ported the XP Publishing wizard to Windows Vista's "Order Prints" wizard.

This gives you the ability to easily upload an entire directory of photos without having to zip them up or select 50 images individually in the admin interface, or without giving access to ftp.

I use this for a lot of people that I host galleries for. That way I dont need to give them FTP access.

Here they are:
http://www.chilifrei.net/downloads/Vista_publish.zip
http://www.chilifrei.net/downloads/XP_publish.zip

Obviously download the one for the appropriate OS you have on your machine. just drop it in the root of your zenphoto installation and browse to the page. Download and import the .reg file then use the wizard to upload your photos.

Lemme know if it works or if I missed anything.

Thanks sbillard for help with my authentication problem.

Chilifrea64:

These seem like good candidates for upload to the hacks section of Trac. Would you mind doing that and including a brief descriptions?

Yo guys, sorry maybe it's just my ignorance. I have done what all the instruction says, I have opened Windows Photo Gallery and went to Print --> Order Prints.

From here i can see the name of my zephoto gallery. I click the name and click send...it asks me for a login ID and Password.

My questions is: What ID and password should this be? I have tried my ftp and zenphoto's logins but none of those worked. Please help.

It should be the zenphoto admin user and password.
