I try to figure out how the upload section in zenphoto works.
What i see is the following:

Upload to: [/ ]
Make a new Album
and [x] Publish the album so everyone can see it.
called:[ ]
with the folder name [ ] [x] Auto-generate

[b]but if i select a existing Album, this happens:[/b]

Upload to: [Album 1 ]
[x] Make a new Album
and [x] Publish the album so everyone can see it.
called:[ ]
with the folder name [Album 1/ ] [x] Auto-generate

I don´t get the part of this checkbox before "Make a new Album" while chosing an existing Album. I have first to deselect that checkbox and than i got the possibility to upload new files via that form below....

will that be changed, or how can i do that?

You can make subalbums within a existing album that way and choose if this new subalbum should be published or not.
Only if you uncheck the [x] Make a new Album you upload into the existing album.

Ah ok, unless i don´t use Subalbums it is my problem ;-)
