I would like to see a IP's displayed for admins when a checkmark on their abilities (so not all admins may see)

or perhaps, part of an IP? such as the last few numbers..

Also a way to ban IPs from commenting.

This facility does not currently exist. It is possible for you to submit a request for the feature through a trac ticket. Then it will be considered for future zenphoto enhancement.
