hi everyone.. searcher contains only searching by name of the picture i wonder how to add tags to searcher.. i hope you understand what i mean. I want do add some tag to some picture and than make searching by writing in the box the name of the tag.

Tags can be added to albums or images in the Admin Edit interface. In the 1.1.5 release there is a text field where tags can be added. This has been updated in the nightly builds to a selection list that shows tags you have already used and also allows for entering new tags.

but how can user find a picture tagged for example as "john"

Using the tag cloud on archive view for example or you could limit the search for tags only in the admin backend.

can you show me how to do that in the admin backend? show me that part of the code, please

no need to modify code - its under options/gallery configuration - "The set of fields on which searches may be performed"
