I would like to know if there is a way to upgrade my ZenPhoto from the version 1.0.8 to the latest 1.1.5 ?

Of course don't delete your albums (and optionally cache) folders. If you use a custom theme you might need to update it to the newer version (EDIT: I see you use one of the standard themes, so that is probably not necessary).
