I have upgraded to version 1.1.6 and none of my photos have dates set, even though they have exif data in them. Am I missing something in the options, or do I need to write a script to do it myself?

If your images were already loaded you may need to run the refresh metadata function. This can be done either for the whole album from the overview admin page or for each individual album from its album edit page.

Tried it, and it did the trick, and was surprisingly quick given the number of photos in my gallery.
