ok... i have tons of flv's in my albums in and they don't work and i have the flv player turned on... they don't even show up as thumbs.
I'm not too well versed in php... any help?

Please check if they appear in the admin backend on the edit page of the album they are in and if they are set to visible.

I noticed that i had both flv players on, so i turned one off and still nothing.

ok... so i typed in directly the flv file, and it came up and worked great!
It still won't come up in the thumbs or as part of the album. Any ideas why?

What browser and what flash plugin do you use?

the latest FF and the latest flash. Would that matter? Even tho i'm not running zenphoto locally?

Just wanted to be sure it's not the flash plugin or some weird IE behaviour... I guess you don't have JS disabled.:-)

I have no idea, since I sadly can't reproduce it. Could you please try the nightly if it occurs there , too?

ok so i took every pic off of my DB and upload just 2 flvs.... nothin... nada... zilch. No thumbs, no acknowledgment at all of any flv's.

Do other images (not flv's) show up if you put them in the same folder?

absolutely! i was showing every picture i had up there, just not the flv's.
right now all i have in my album folder is just 2 flv's... the media thumb doesn't even come up for them.

any suggestions?

Can you give the URL for your gallery and a couple direct URL's to the flv's that aren't showing up within the albums?

Have you tried this with one of the packaged themes?

There is an error on the flv pages (at the bottom in the source code):

I have no idea then. Are you sure that the codec the flv use are supported by the flv player? Note that the plugin uses still flvplayer 3 and not the new 4 version (because that changed some options for styling). But except that a few options for color etc will not be available the flv player 4 should work, too. You can just try to replace the player file, Maybe that's it.

i'll look to see... but even if that's the case, shouldn't zenphoto still be picking up on the fact that there's an object in that folder? i mean, it doesn't give me anything
