I had a trouble now.For some reason , I can not create a new database in MYSQL , but I have a permission to create the "table" in my database.May I change the storing location?

You should contact your service provider if you are having problems with your MySQL database.

You should show us the whole screen from setup. Perhpas there is some other information available. It appears that your MySQL information in zp-config.php is not correct (perhaps missing)
