i have a setup of drupal running my main site, and i would like zenphoto to be on the main directory so i don't have to have two setups of zenphoto running. i'd want /portfolio and /proofs but not wanting /portfolio/proofs (reason i need zenphoto on the main directory) i ran the setup, everything looks good, but the only duplicate is the index.php i'm still fairly novice when it comes to website stuff, do i need zenphoto's index.php file for anything or should i need to rename it and go through the zp-core files and redirect it to the new file?

i hope you got all that lol

You MUST use the zenphoto index.php file. It is essential to the software.

But why don't you install one zenphoto in ../portfolio and the other in ../proofs? Your other option would be to use different album folders for portfolio and proofs. Then you would need only one installaton of zenphoto.

have two installations just means double the work of keeping themes updated, minor changes i need to do any, etc... having one setup with two folders is simple. but i don't want the proofs folder to be under something like portfolio/proofs

when i change index.php to index2.php, then look into each file in /zp-core and just change index.php to index2.php in the folder, everything so far seems to be working fine
