For anyone interested, I have provided a link to an optimized Photoshop file for a watermark. This template file is great for light or dark backgrounds without being obtrusive to the image it overlays.

Modify text as needed for your purposes.
Photoshop CS or later required.
Set all watermark settings in ZenPhoto to 50% for best results
