I've a couple of sub albums in my gallery (www.arthedains.com/portfolio) that I want to promote to albums but I do not want to lose the text, view counts etc associated with those sub albums when I do that. Is there some way to promote sub albums to albums without losing all the associated text etc in zenphoto? Many thanks in advance.

On each album edit page is a move/copy/rename function for that.

i have question about "move/copy/rename", it is renaming the album folder & updating the corresponding database entries, but not renaming the cache folder name. i need to do it manually. Can you fix that?

No need to fix that. Zenphoto will just create a new cache folde for the "new" album. Caching is only done once.
