i was wondering if there were anyway i coul configure the rss to display only the cover of the 2 last albums uploaded. That would be great

Sorry, there is no configuration option for that. If you have php/mysql knowledge you can of course modify the rss to do so.
Adding some more options (actually most of those the image-album-statistics plugin provides) to the feed is on the list but has not priority currently.
