The most likely cause of this is not having enough memory to process the image resizing. Ther is some information on this in the troubleshooting guide

OK, That's smells like a memory problem...

But... Some of my pictures are bigger than other whereas this one are displaying... I don't understand any relationship between size and displaying or not...

I'll try to resize them but that's not normal...

I remeber no limitation in precedent version... Perhapds an update of my hosting server...

Any other suggestion (a php mod to resize image before displaying ?)

Zenphoto resizes images before displaying but if you php memory is too low for too big image it is not able to (or more specific the the server and the GDlib is not).
