I have found that you can generate thumbnails for videos using something like this:

ffmpeg -itsoffset 4 -i MVI_2998.flv -vcodec mjpeg -vframes 1 -an -f rawvideo MVI_2998.jpg

It would be great if this could be integrated into Zenphoto such that zenphoto creates the thumbnail for you. Best I have time for right now is a nightly script that would create thumbnails in the folder for me automatically.
