I am having trouble seeing any images that are being resized. It looks like the file i.php does not resize the images as anticipated with the passed variables. When I get the url for the photo it is http://family.mattespo.com/photos/zp-core/i.php?a=wedding-photos&i=IMG_8778.JPG&s=595. When you try the same url without the &s=595, the image comes up with no issues. http://family.mattespo.com/photos/albums/wedding-photos/IMG_8778.JPG

Could this be an issue with my hosting environment? I am not on an apache server.

Any help would be great.

Please review the troubleshooting guide. The most likely cause for images not resizing is server memory limitations that are too low to allow resizing large images.
