I discovered and I try to use Zenphoto.

I have a problem with somes JPG pictures. Some jpg photos work perfectly, thumbnails are created and displayed well, but for others it looks like Zenphoto do not accept, it puts the name of the photo instead of displaying it.

Is this a known problem?
Could you help me know where is the problem?

ps: The parameter PHP "safe_mode" is "on" on my server, it's possible that this is because of that? but why does it work without problem for some photos and not for others?

Surely your images are too big for your server: http://www.zenphoto.org/2009/03/troubleshooting-zenphoto/#11

"safe_mode" will cause you some problems, but probably Acrylian has got the issue correct.
