maybe you have modified something since you posted it. But all I am seeing is a gallery with no content in the albums folder.. the page source looks ok..

are you still having this problem?

I did go back in and try to reinstall ... now I get a nice, juicy MySQL error.

OK. Now it's doing it again.

If you can, check your PHP or Apache logs and see if any warnings are generated that aren't showing up on the screen... otherwise it's pretty much impossible to know what's going on.

Well, downloading the logs weren't an option since (not my server) it was a 2.55GB text file.

However, I managed to get things working. The one thing I know I forgot was the trailing slash on the path ... not sure if that's an unrelated issue or not.
