I have more than 5000 photos with different sizes (25121628, 22721704, 32642448)
and I want to have my collection in the Internet only in one size - 16001200.

I know that it must be function for resizing images when upload from big sizes to 1600*1200.

What part of code I have to change?

Zenphoto does not resize the full size images. Therefore you need to do that before uploading with one of the many batch resizing tools (like Photoshop) out there.

Don't hold your breath. Zenphot is not and never will become a photo editor.

I don't want to use Zenphoto like a photo editor. I'm interested in one function only - resizing image on uploading.

There are much better solutions to locally size the image before uploading. This is not a feature that has much of a chanace of being included in Zenphoto. Perhaps someone with an interest would make a plugin that did it. Who knows.
