We tried several times to reset the admin password for our site (http://collisionrepairmag.com/zenphoto/zp-core/admin.php#). We received the email. Went to the link provided in the email. Entered the new password and clicked on save.

When we try to logon to the admin account with the new password we get an error "There was an error logging in. Check your username and password and try again."

We have reset the password several times and we get the same error.

Please let me know what can be done (I am not technically savy).

I've looked through the forum and the only suggestion I can find is to delete some tables but i do not think I should do this plus I wouldnt know how.

Some questions:

What version of Zenphoto are your running?

Were you able to login after installing zenphoto the first time and providing a user/password?

We were able to logon before.

If I am unable to logon, how can I check the version?

If you run setup.php the version will be displayed at the bottom of the page.

Since you were able to login initially, the solution will be for you to use a mySQL manager to drop the administrators table. Then run setup.php.

I was not able to log in with my usual password and was informed I needed to set a new password. I followed all of the steps and got in to your website with the new password you sent me, but what next? I still don't know how to reset my password to get into my website. I just loop back to your website. Very confused.... Isn't there a phone number I can get some help from with a technologist?

What loops to our website? Of course we have nothing to do with the passwords of your site and we also do not sent you any passwords...
