How can I install zenphoto to a subdomain's root folder instead of /zen?

like photos.whatever.com

and the path something like /www/w/whatever/photos/htdocs

so that http://photos.whatever.com/ brings you to zenphotos instead of

http://photos.whatever.com/zen

Still working out the bugs in root installs. Should not be a large problem, and should be fixed in the next release.

Thanks for the quick response. My web hosting company actually offers zenphoto as an installable option for a photo gallery. Out of all the ones they offer I like yours the best. Gallery and coppermine are some of the other options. I can't wait until you fix the root install issues. I will be happy to install it then.

To fix it temporarily you can replace all WEBPATH with "" (or remove it in most of the case, but not all). There is about 5 or 6 files to edit.

Don't want to be too much of a hassle, but would you mind telling me which files I actually need to change and where?

I have been asking about this for some time. I am glad there is now an answer/ solutions (of sorts). Thanks for spending the time on this.

I don't remember which files, but I used a search tool to find files in which WEBPATH was present. I havent tried 1.0b yet. Maybe this problem was resolved.
