Hello,

I processed some images through photoshop 7 and it just erased the EXIF orientation, so everything is landscape again, which is not too good. I wanted to rotate them in ZenPhoto then, but the feature to do that is just gray, I cannot use it.

So how can I fix most efficiently my pictures? There are about 15 which got messed up. Should I edit the MySQL database somehow, or re-upload the pictures?

Thanks a bunch!

Avoid the Photoshop "Save for WEB" feature. It will strip out everything from the image but the pixels!

If the rotation feature is gray, you are missing some elements of the GD library. You can rotate the images with Photoshop.

Okay, that helps. I cannot alter the GD since it is just a package at a big hoster. So I am gonna rotate them in advance then.

Thanks!
