I have an Infinite loop in install on the 1.2.7 I retrieved the last version in nightly: latest.tar.gz

I have no error in the Installation page after I take a GO the system ask me to enter a password for admin and return to the install page? The same problem reside with the 1.2.6 version!

Here is the version of software: (Sorry is in French version!)

*  Version 5.3.0 de PHP
* Le mode Sans échec de PHP [est actif]
* L'option magic_quotes_gpc de PHP [est active]
* La bibliothèque graphique suivante est présente dans PHP : PHP GD library bundled (2.0.34 compatible)
* Le support de gettext() dans PHP [est actif]
* Le support de mbstring dans PHP [est présent]
* Le support de MySQL dans PHP [est actif]
* Le fichier zp-config.php est présent
* Les permissions sur les fichiers/répertoires sont accès strict (0775) Attention ! cliquez pour plus d'informations

  Si les permissions sur les dossiers et fichiers ne sont pas sur strict, il existe un risque de sécurité. Cependant, certains serveurs ne supportent pas bien les permissions strictes. Si vous rencontre des problèmes, relancez l'installation et désactivez cette option.

  Changez le masque des permissions sur le fichier/répertoire :
* Paramètrage MySQL dans zp-config.php
* Version 5.1.36 de MySQL
* La connexion à la base de données zp fonctionne
* Le mode SQL de MySQL [est correct]
* Les droits d'accès MySQL sont corrects
* La requête MySQL SHOW TABLES a trouvé ces tables : zp_administrators, zp_admintoalbum, zp_albums, zp_captcha, zp_comments, zp_images, zp_obj_to_tag, zp_options, zp_tags, zp_zenpage_news, zp_zenpage_news2cat, zp_zenpage_news_categories, zp_zenpage_pages
* Le paramètre collation de champ de MySQL
* Fichiers principals de Zenphoto
* Les permissions des fichiers de base de Zenphoto sont correctes
* Le fichier .htaccess est présent (le paramètre RewriteEngine est sur ON)
* Le paramètre RewriteBase du fichier .htaccess est /zenphoto
* Le fichier robots.txt est présent Attention ! cliquez pour plus d'informations
  Attention !

  Le fichier robots.txt existant déja, l'installation de Zenphoto n'y touchera pas.
* Le dossier albums [est présent]
* Le dossier cache [est présent]
* Les dossiers locale sont présents
* Le dossier (uploaded) Dossier "téléchargement" [est présent]
* Le dossier zp-data [est présent]
* Le dossier (cache_html) Cache HTML [est présent]
* Le dossier (plugins) Extensions tierces [est présent]

Try updating/uploading the index.php and Zenphoto.package in the root directory.

Maybe the best would be a clean reinstall.

This can happen only if the Zenphoto release level is not beign properly updated in your database or the zp-config.php file in the zp-data folder is either not ceated or not accessable after creation. Please check your database options table to see what it has for the zenphoto_release entry. Also see if the zp-config.php exists and what its permissions are.

Strange behavior of phpMyAdmin when I list the table zp_options and I receive the message:

SHOW FULL FIELDS FROM zp_options ;

144 - Table './zp/zp_options' is marked as crashed and last (automatic?) repair failed

Now:

I think is a good permission!

Now If I need to destroy my DB is a little bit pain because I have 5 travels that
represent ~100 pictures each with a comment. Okay I will need to save some tables like
zp-albums, zp-images, zp-comments as source and after I reinstall completely
zenphoto and reintroduce my source of data.
Let me know if I louse some thing, I work for this tomorrow in morning
But if you have an other solution I take!

If just your options table is crashed, you can drop just it. Of course you will have to re-set all your options, but your image and album data will still be intact. Run setup after dropping the table.
