I've tried turning on and off mod_rewrite

I'm using Firefox 3.5.6, Filezilla to FTP, and zenphoto 1.2.8 that I downloaded last night.

I am trying to create a new album. The first two went without a hitch.

I created a folder imagenut.com/zenphoto/albums/glass and I am able to see the new album with the [?] image as a thumbnail. when I put one image in there, it showed up perfectly, both on the site and in the admin. when I used FTP to upload the rest of the images in there, the album seems to disappear in the admin panel. All except the little + symbol to move it around above or below the other albums.

The theme does not affect the results at all. I am using the Chaotic Soul template.

your server si probably "timing out" processing the images. If so, the problem will go away once Zenphoto has had a chance to process all the images. Just do a refresh a few times.

After several hours the results have not changed.

You did do refresh the page, didn't you? Nothing will change unless you reload the page.

yes. Actually I reloaded it on two different browsers. I did clear cache and cookies as well with no different results. I have been working with it, and I managed to get a different album in a different directory to mostly work, though this one won't show certain images.

Check your error logs, maybe there is an image prcessing failure.
