I just downloaded the latest version from the website and posted to my server. I then created a mysql database using phpmyadmin on my server. I did not create tables, etc. however, just a database.

When I go to url www.yoursite.org/zenphoto/zp-core/setup.php all I receive is a white screen and the status says done.

I do not see an .httaccess file in the root directory of Zenphoto. Please advise.

no error is being captured by the server.

You are getting some error somewhere. You will need to work with your provider to find your CGI error log and see what the error is.

The .htaccess file will normally be created by the setup routine. So probably the error you are getting has prevented that.
