Just installed ZP - very impressive - congratulations. :o)

I spent a few minutes puzzling over 404s. Eventually realised I had to edit .htaccess RewriteBase. Perhaps a line in the INSTALL file would save others the same problem?

Hmm. I was able to do some adjustments to the htaccess with some help from some code by my web hosting service, but what's strange is that . . . while in the admin section, I click to "Gallery" and THEN it still gives me a 404 or 505.

The error log says
"[Fri Feb 24 23:51:32 2006] [alert] [client 72.225.4.244] /home/virtual/site406/fst/var/www/html/zenphoto/.htaccess: RewriteBase: argument is not a valid URL
[Fri Feb 24 23:52:35 2006] [alert] [client 72.225.4.244] /home/virtual/site406/fst/var/www/html/zenphoto/.htaccess: RewriteBase: argument is not a valid URL, referer: http://www.tanyajharding.com/zenphoto/zen/admin.php?page=home"

How can it find some pages and not others�??the admin section links correctly!

Please help.. . I gave up on Gallery 2.1 and found this beautiful clean site, and really need to dig into developing my portfolio.
