In the list of tags they are not sorted alphabetically for international characters (á ð þ é æ) , in this list "Rename tags" it seems fine, any easy way of fixing this ?

If there is an UTF-8 array sort then we can use that. Have to check. Otherwise it will not be easy.

It looks like you can just add a parameter to the sort functon call SORT_LOCALE_STRING. Please give that a try and report back.
