Is there a way to have multiple redactor for the zenpage.
Actually, redactor (A) don't see the article writing by redactor (B)

Is there a way to do this ?

Second question, is there a way to give access only to the "pages" sections and not to the "news" section ?

Please review http://www.zenphoto.org/2009/03/troubleshooting-zenphoto/#46. While it was written with albums and images in mind, the same functioality applies to pages and news categories. (You may need to run the nightly build as the full implementation of this for pages/categories required an update to the rights management not available in the 1.3 release.)
