I have set up zenphoto for a photographer who doesn't need most of the stuff that's displayed by admin-edit.php. Finding an image by clicking through several pages and scrolling around to look for a certain thumbnail could be faster if there was a simplified image editing page. It would list all images of an album with only their thumbnails, a field to edit the image's title and options to delete/move them.
I'm thinking about hacking the css styles to hide more than what is currently being regarded as extra info. But my question would be: Has this already been suggested? Would a plugin be able to provide this as an alternative to the current admin-edit.php?

Well, he could always click on the admin toolbox link on the front-end image page where the image is displayed. Also, you can change the number of images displayed on a page if you want more visible at a throw.

There is an old "mass edit" plugin that you may be able to find somewhere. That would be a good start for what you want.

Thanks, I'll take a look at that plugin.
