I guess it would work. Haven't tried it myself but I researched your question and yes it is possible.

Windows server is compatible with the ZenPhoto hosting management and collaboration application.

I don't use GoDaddy, but I host my site on Windows / Apache. No problems here!

I think this might all depend on how savvy you are on the windows side. There are some hoops you need to jump through, but it does work.

I would recommend just staying on a Linux platform. That is just my 2 cents

My Godaddy account has IIS as the web server. I am just wondering how that will work because I think Zenphoto require Apache. Is that correct?

Godaddy has Linux hosting services. I seriously doubt those use IIS

There have been users who run Zenphoto on IIS. However there are a few issues they seem to have. We are not in a position to help you resolving them should they impact your site.

I suggest you ask Godaddy to host your site with Linux.
