If y try to rename plugin zenPaypal in zenPayPal (renaming folder and files correctly), in section administrative in 'plugins', i'm viewing this :

But, when i coche and save the choice, the Administration display 'Saved' but the coche before the plugin's name is already uncoche and the plugin is inactive.
Why ?

Does the plugin have any code involving the $plugin_disable varialble? Also, the change was just the capitalization? Maybe you will have to remove the old option from your options database because of the case difference.

i'm not use this variable. Do I?

That variable is only used if a plugin needs for some reason to override the enable options. So probably you do not need it.
