My Ajax editing of the name of the photos, descriptions of them, is gone, till i updated my Zenphoto to the newest version.

I can't find place whree i can activate it. Please, help me.

P.S. It's really bad, that you are disabling ajax in different places of zenphoto. Rating with ajax was perfect, and it was gone, now this descriptions... Zenphoto is the best because of the good interface, but wiothout ajax - it would not be so comfortable for using

Enable/disable front-end editing can be found in
Options -> General.

Rating should not be affected by disabeling front-end editing.

Regarding the disabling of the front end editing. You can enable it if you wish, but know that this is a potential big security hole. Which is why it is disabled by default.

Perhaps you are somewhat confused "ajax" is often used to describe in-line editing. That is why the description includes the word in quotations. But I think you are not describing that as you say "Rating with ajax". "Rating" has not been disabled. Only the front-end editing was disabled.

I was speaking about that times when in "Rating plugin" ajax was presented. And since some version ajax technology from that plugin has been gone. So it's like a tendency

The current rating plugin also updates without page reload. Before you did not have to push a button to submit but that change came from a change of the adapted script as the one we used before did not work on all browsers as expected (if I recall right, it might also been related to the update of jQuery - don't remember but it is surely listed on our svn changelog.)

Just to note, it is of course possible to make your own plugin if you are not satisfied with the provided one...;-)
