I just upgraded to a new version of Zen photo, but I forgot my admin password. I've read: http://www.zenphoto.org/2009/03/troubleshooting-zenphoto/#16

But I don't know where to find the adminuser and adminpass fields. Can you please tell me what file this is located in?

As the link says, in the options table. It is unlikely that they will exist, though. It was only very early versions of Zenphoto that kept them there.

Is there another way to recover my password?

There is no way to recover your password. Zenphoto has no idea what it is. What you can do, though, is follow the guide cited and reset your password, then change it to something you can remember.

Besides the option method--which doesn't seem to exist anymore--is the only other way to reset the password to do it by email?

If so, I can't do that either because I didn't put an email in at the time. Please let me know if there's some other way to reset the password.

Oh. I see that the FAQ has changed somewhat. How do I delete the Administrators table in my database [what database] and re-run setup.

I try to change password: I received email but after putting new password no possible to enter.
I try other time with same procedure but nothing. Also old password no work. What I do.
I use explorer 8.
Instead I received a lot of comments((90 one night). What I do?

First, what version of Zenphoto are you running?

Also, what exactly is meant by "no possible to enter"? do you not get to the password reset page? Does the apply somehow fail? (If so what messages are shown?)

With respect to the comments. Do you want to stop comments? Then disable the comment form plugin.
