I just went to the http://www.zenphoto.org/documentation/plugins/_zp-extensions---tags_from_album.php.h

to try to understand how to activate this plugin, but it's still not clear for me what I should do.

1. Activate the plugin
2. Add one/the function the plugin provides to your theme where you want to use it.

Some themes have built support for some plugins and some have not.
