I have an older version of ZenPhoto I am in the process of updating to the latest version, which for the most part is working fine.

One thing however I have noticed is that in the older version I am able to in the Upload tab select the Album and then type in a new album name and set auto-generate and then submit that and it would create the album for me without having to upload any files.

In the current version I cannot do this it just sits there and does nothing. I can create the albums and sub-albums in the Albums tab bit why can they not be created as before in the Upload tab section?

I currently don't remember if or why something might have been changed. Probably it was just moved to the albums tab, since it is no upload task in the strict sense.

That capability seems still there. There is a checkbox for creating a new album unless you are in the root, in which creating a new album is manditory.

hmmm, I will have to try again, I know as I said it use to work in the older version, but when I tried it in the new version it did not work... I will get back to you as soon as I get a chance to have a look at it again
