I'll like to change two default options in this plugin but i don't find the php file.
I look in :
\zp-core\zp-extensions\tiny_mce
and
\zp-core\zp-extensions\zenpage

I don't finf what i look for.

/zp-core/zp-extensions/tiny_mce/plugins

What are you trying to do exactly ?

zp-core\zp-extensions\tiny_mce\plugins\tinyzenpage.php

I only change two think :
The default resize it's at 400, i put 600px
And i put the checked code to the no link radio button.

If you are referring to the default size image size that is the value set on the image options.

If you want to change that size independently you need to change the file
zp-core/zp-extensions/tiny_mce/plugins/tinyzenpage/js/dialog.php.

J'ai installé la v1.4.0.2 hier, et j'avais aussi ce problème de tiny_mce qui ne s'affichait pas pour l'édition des pages.
J'utilise Firefox 3.6.13 sous Linux.

Je viens d'installer la 2011-02-18-trunk, maintenant ça marche.

I installed version 1.4.0.2 yesterday, and I had this problem too: the TinyMCE icons were not shown.
I use Firefox 3.6.13 under Linux.

I just installed 2011-02-18-trunk, now it works fine.

Ok, that was a small JS bug already reported and corrected.
