Hello! I was wondering if there is any feature in Zen Photo which allows an e-mail to be sent automatically to the Zen Photo admin whenever a photo if upload by a given user?

None that I am aware of. However there is a filter invoked when files are uploaded--check_upload_quota so it would be straight forward to create a plugin that did so.

No need to move to the other forum (we read mostly via RSS so it does not matter where what is posted. Our software does not allow to join subforums so we just keep them).

You should open a ticket. Also as a workaround you could use the RSS feeds.
