Hi,

We've been uploading images to our new Zen Photo album and we'v e got over 4000 images currently in the system.

We uploaded a new batch of 30 photos to this album

As you can see a lot of photo are missing.

I can see them all if I go via FTP and I tried to pre-cache the images in the Album but those showed errors as well.

Also if I look at the images tab on the album the photos are missing there as well.

Please can someone help to see what is going wrong.

A 23 megapixel image is quite possibly larger than your server has capacity to handle. See the troubleshootin guides. But in general, unless you really need such a large image you should resize the images to something more in the order of 10 megapixels or smaller.

Ah cool. I thought the max size was 10MB. All these images are under 10 MB, I think the largest is 6MB

Don't confuse the file size (MB) with the dimensions (MP) which are the important part Sbillard refers to. Info about that on the troubleshooting.
