I have been digging through the documentation and have not been able to find how to do a check on whether an image's "Visible" checkbox has been checked or not when displaying images on a album page. Anyone know the answer?

You have not said why you wish to do this. But just a caution. If you hide some of the image thumbs that would normally have beeh displayed there will be a dicrepency between the number of images shown on a page and the number selected by the option.
