I was wondering how I can get my ZenPhoto gallery have direct links to albums accepted. For instance: now when I'm on the homepage and I click on an album the, the album opens in a new page with url www.domainname.com/index.php?album=albumname.
When I typ this url directly into the adresbar, the homepage shows up instead of the selected album.
What can cause this, I have already tried enable hotlinking, clearing the .htaccess file, but these don't see to affect anything

The url example is a non-modrewrite link and should work. If not the whole site will not work.
Of course the album name includes any parent album names as well. So if "albumname" is a top level album it should work. But if it is actually a sub album of, say, "album1" the name would be "album1/albumname".
You can easily see that if you just look at the links while browsing your site.

This is clearly a problem of your site that for whatever strange reason seems to be partly within a frame. Maybe that is related to the theme but that only the theme's author can answer.
