I am trying to figure out on how i can use of 100% image size when using Colorbox. Which files to look after to modify so that when clicked on the image in image.php or slideshow it display full size colorbox image insted viewable area on browser.
please guide if there is any admin side change needed as well.

You mean full screen? That is Javascript not Flash and not possible. The colorbox is always limited to the browser window. You can however make it show the full image even if it does not fit the window. But that would be really bad usability since you never know the browser window size of your visitors.
See the colorbox website for config options. You easily spot the ones on the theme and the slideshow plugin...
it seems like i am missing something on admin part.
