I just upgrade to the last zenphoto and now I can't upload photos anymore, don't understand why it doesn't find the file anymore.

Any idea.

How did you upgrade?

I replaced the folders. I was with the previous version but had a problem: "setup scripts missing" for all pages. After clearing htaccess. I just upgraded. Now it's much better but still not able to upload photos because of this 404.

What do you think ? thanks for your help.

Also, but I don't know yet what's the problem, thumbnails on wordpress are not working anymore... that's bad news...

There is no such file zp-core/uploader.php in the release. There should also be no reference to such a file. I would suggest cleaning out all the scripts and re-uploading. (This is probably a good idea anyway since the hack will have modified these scripts.)
