A suggestion : I think it will better to move the line 95 in the form.php file to position 99 in order to have the captcha field align with other.

Sorry, but I guess I do not know what you mean. What fields do you want captcha to line up with? Seems to me that the captcha is part of the directive--i.e. what to enter, not part of the input which is where you would have us put it.

Thanks. Besides that it should be in the standard form: Just in case it is unknown, it is possible for all form plugins (contact_form, comment_form) to create customs forms either within a theme itself or generally within the /plugins folder.
