I seem to have completly blocked my ip from being able to access my homepage ?
Ive used a http proxy to visit my home page but cant visit either the frontend of the site or the admin section ?whilst surfing normaly
I can get into all the files via cpanel and he databases too if theres a way i can turn off the block

My colleague sbillard may correct me but Zenphoto has no means to block normal access by IP or else. The only thing we have is password protection of front end but at least that you should be able to access.

There is a plugin to block access if you fail at loggin in often enough (defined by the plugin.) So if you have enabled this plugin and messed up loggin in you may be blocked for whatever you have set for the timeout. (default is one hour.)

If this is the problem you can turn off that plugin when you visit by the proxy server. However, it seems on the surface that it would not be the cause as for sure the timeout should have expired by now unless you set it to something really long.

Other than this plugin, it is not Zenphoto that is blocking the access.

last night i tried on quite a few occasions and the ban didnt lift so decided to completely rebuild the site from scratch with another acount which took a few hours but worth the perciverance.
